The Civil Administrative Unit will accept payments from 8:00am through 3:30pm, closed weekends and holidays.

Sheriff's Deed
The Civil Division will only accept the Cuyahoga County version of the Sheriff's Deed. Plaintiff's council, please email smhoward@cuyahogacounty.us and rdano@cuyahogacounty.us to request a fillable Sheriff's Deed. Recorded deeds will not be mailed. Signature required when picking up in person.
Eviction/Writ of Possession

Search the case number or address on the Cuyahoga County Clerk of Courts Docket to see the current filings on the case. The Sheriff will assign a sale date approximately six weeks from the date an order of sale is issued to the Sheriff by the Clerk of Courts.
